Location: Pensacola Bay Bridge
Description: Drivers will encounter nighttime lane restrictions on the Pensacola Bay Bridge, Thursday, June 10 through Thursday, June 17, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly. Crews will be working to restore four travel lanes for the length of the bridge. Drivers should anticipate travel delays while work is underway.

Location: Pensacola Bay Bridge
Description: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has re-opened the Pensacola Bay Bridge and the 17th Avenue interchange. The majority of the bridge is now open to four lanes of traffic (two in each direction) except for a two-lane, half-mile segment just west of the bridge’s arch while work to complete final repairs continues. The speed limit is temporarily set at 35 mph and emergency refuge areas are available on the bridge. Traffic exiting the bridge has direct access to 17th Avenue northbound and Gregory Street westbound. 17th Avenue southbound will continue to end at Bayfront Parkway while work continues. Access to the Pensacola Visitors Center and boat launch is open from 17th Avenue. Westbound access to the bridge is via Bayfront Parkway, however, there is no left turn access to Bayfront Parkway from 14th Avenue. These drivers should detour to Ninth Avenue southbound, turn east onto Chase Street, and continue to Bayfront Parkway and the Pensacola Bay Bridge.

Description: The Pensacola Bay Bridge remains closed following significant damage sustained during Hurricane Sally in September 2020. Drivers may use the State Road 281/Garcon Point Bridge (I-10, Exit 22) and State Road 87 (I-10 Exit 31) as detour routes. Also closed until further notice is the 17th Avenue/Bayfront Parkway intersection. The ramp from 17th Avenue to Gregory Street (westbound) remains open. Eastbound drivers on Bayfront Parkway should use North 14th Avenue and U.S. 90 (Cervantes Street) to reach 17th Avenue.

Description: The Florida Department of Transportation has announced that the Pensacola Bay Bridge will remain closed while repairs are underway. During the closure, drivers may use State Road 281/Garcon Point Bridge (I-10, Exit 22) and State Road 87 (I-10 Exit 31) as detour routes. Marine traffic should observe the U.S. Coast Guard mandated a 500-yard buffer zone around all bridge construction activities. Vessels crossing beneath the bridge should use ONLY the navigational channel. Other areas may present the potential for underwater hazards.

Description: The Pensacola Bay Bridge is closed following damage sustained during Hurricane Sally. The Garcon Point Bridge on S.R. 281 in Santa Rosa County is open, though travel is currently limited to two-axle vehicles. From the south (on U.S. 98) travel north on S.R. 281 to Interstate 10, then go west to Pensacola. From the north (on I-10), travel south at Exit 22 (Avalon Boulevard/S.R. 281) to U.S. 98, then turn right (west) to Gulf Breeze.

Description: There will be intermittent lane closures at the following locations from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 13 through Sunday, Sept. 20: U.S. 98 east and westbound, from North 14th Avenue in Pensacola to east of the Pensacola Bay Bridge in Gulf Breeze. North 17th Avenue in Pensacola between U.S. 98 and the Graffiti Bridge.
