FDOT commuter assistance program

FDOT commuter assistance program

The Florida Department of Transportation is promoting a new commuter assistance program with potential benefits for drivers impacted by the current closure of the Pensacola Bay Bridge. The RideOn Commuter Services program is a free, fast, and secure way to connect with neighbors and colleagues to set up carpools, identify bus routes, or develop other transportation strategies.

Fully funded by the Florida Department of Transportation District Three, the RideOn Commuter Services program is free to residents of the 16-county Northwest Florida district that includes both Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.

To learn more, visit rideontogether.org. Once there you’ll be able to download their free mobile app and see how the program may benefit you.
